"We had a wonderful weekend visiting the Dove's Nest. Everything was organized, clean, and so easy. From communication with Janie to a fully stocked kitchen and the comfort of the home. It rained and snowed while we were there, but we took so much rest and solace in lounging around the house and enjoying the view out of the front porch. It was truly a relaxing weekend away and we will be better parents for all the thought and kind gestures of the hosts. Excellent stay, no notes! "

"Tony was an amazing host. The property was home-y and very spacious. Perfect place to accommodate 2 couples and 2 children (or adults who are children at heart). It was a nice little getaway in the woods with easy access to the town. If you’re looking for a place for some great R&R, this is your spot!"

"Our family of 7 had a great 4 night stay here. The location is so nice with mountain views. The river was great, my husband caught his 1st fish fly-fishing. The house is set up nicely and comfortably. Plenty of beds & 3 bathrooms. Would definitely recommend. "

"The cabin was nicely located on the river, but was a little loud at times from truck noise on the road. Interior was clean and comfortable. The code wasn't updated at check-in, and it took us about 5-10 minutes of standing outside at night to get it resolved. Also, the guest house lights randomly went on during our second evening and shone bright lights into the cabin. Manager did not respond until the next morning."

" Better can opener needed. Though owners did think of almost everything! Wood on hand was great. As were the outdoor heaters. We had trouble with combination lock on front gate. It was temperamental. "

"The cabin is suitable for a short stay with all basics to have nice time. Hot tube is a plus. Tony is a good host and always in contact. Couple of small things to improve to make the stay great. The power lines are close to the cabin and they produce a noise. Great location near Cacapot Park and Sleepy Creek Lake."

"I have nothing but rave reviews for Tony and his colleagues at Blue Maple as well as their properties. Due to the weather, our original rental was not accessible which was disappointing to my boyfriend and I as we were very much looking forward to unwinding. I called the company and they found us another property they manage nearby so we could get away. This property was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and very well maintained. If we had a question, the host was very responsive to assist however...

"We had to change the property we stayed at after the first nigh, since the original property did not have internet or cell signal. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive in finding another cabin for us to stay. The cabin itself was wonderful and the scenery was beautiful! Our dog loved sitting on the patio and listening to the birds. Highly recommend anything owned by Blue Maple!"

"We stayed for one night while passing through. Pros: communication with property manager was excellent; hot tub was very clean, place was spacious. Cons: would have loved curtains/ blinds on windows especially bedrooms; having more towels for hot tub would be nice; couch smelled like urine. Overall OK stay for a night."
