It is a developing area so not crowded at all. The kids loved the community pool and they caught some fish off the pier while late-night fishing! Definitely reccomend!"

"Was what I expected. People were great to work with and it was very easy process. The room was very clean. Property is a bit older, but has nice parking. It was a bit out of the way for my purposes, but it is close to the art district, so if that is your thing this place maybe ideal. Also, Rockport isn’t that big, so not necessarily a big deal. "
