"The thing that most impressed me is that Francisco reached out to me early on the day of check-in to ask for an estimated time of arrival. As a solo traveler, this made me feel comfortable that someone was expecting me. He gave me a tour of the facility and explained every detail. He provided recommendations for nearby restaurants/coffee shops which I visited and enjoyed. The location is very convenient to the seawall for strolls or sunset viewing."

"Bad experience . We were never given email instructions for check in and ended up stranded in the street (it’s a self-checkin property). There was no email or phone number for me to call landlord ahead of time to receive check in instructions. Tried phone number on the door when we arrived - no one answered. Received a call back three hours later but that was too late. It was getting dark and we needed a place to stay We had no choice but to find another hotel at 5pm which cost a lot of...
