"A gorgeous spot a little back from the beach (about 1km) but walkable, and easy to get tuktuks. No frills rooms that were delightful. Super friendly hosts who are very familiar with the area and can offer advice and recommendations if needed. The most fabulous breakfast selection each morning, always with variation. Would love to return and totally recommend this spot. "

"The property is situated in a peninsula in Kalutara on a road with almost no traffic, a pleasant surprise in such a busy (and wonderful) city. The beach is lovely, but not swimmable because of strong currents. The room was large and bright. The washroom was clean, and the shower was awesome. It was roomy and had a shower head on the ceiling from which a cascade of water came down. It was great! "The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable with an amazing pool and gardens. We stayed here for 5 nights and were very well looked after by the manager of the property and the ladies who were there to cook meals if needed. The food cooked for us was the best that we had during our two week stay in Sri Lanka! Communications with the owners while booking our stay were so easy and pleasant. We would highly recommend this villa for a relaxing stay in this part of the country."
