"I cannot recommend this hotel enough, perfect, staff rooms food location amazing, easy walk into town down the beach, you can walk the road we found it easier getting a tuck tuck if we didn’t walk down the beach. We ate in the hotel for 6 nights as the food was so amazing. Cocktails are great 😀, room was very spacious and cleaned daily. What I loved was it was small very authentic with amazing see view and sofa on balcony to watch the sunsets, do not hesitate to book."

"What a beautiful hotel! We stayed in an exquisite villa with the beach at right outside our doors. The enjoy the sunsets from our bed was truly spectacular. A lovely and welcoming staff who catered to our every need. The food was good - but I prefer the menu at their sister property, Kayaam House. But Ahu Bay has THE BEST coconut toffee! Thank you to wonderful staff who were so kind and helpful, especially Nilanga and Kasum."

"We arrived at the hotel late at night, but was greeted with a great surprise that our room was upgraded to a corner suite! (as other rooms were fully booked on that day) The view from the room was fantastic with river, pools, sea views on the both sides. Also there were Dilmar tea prepared in the room which we enjoyed so much during our stay! The highlight for me was the breakfast - the restaurant was so beautiful, and the food was amazing with lots of Sri Lankan and other food options! Very accessible to the peaceful beach and we enjoyed the sunset on the beach bed too. I would really love to stay longer in this resort, so would definitely be back soon!"
