"Made whole experience amazing rooms were great - if a little bit warm at night. Restaurant had good atmosphere chillled even tho really busy food was decent as well. Small touches including noticing it was my wife’s birthday and leaving little gift in room showed how thoughtful staff are and gives the hotel a ‘family run’ feel even tho a smart bigger hotel. All staff attentive, polite in background unless you need them. Location was great aswell only 5-10 min walk to old town"

"We loved our stay here! Luba was wonderful with communication from beginning to end. She allowed us to leave our bags early, before check in, so we could explore Bratislava. The location is central in Old Town and everything is walkable. We used Bolt for transportation to any place that was not walkable, including Devin Castle. Only $6 euro each way! "Lovely, clean and well presented hotel which ticks most boxes. Rooms have free access to Netflix which is a nice feature. Breakfast is fine but it would be good if they had non-dairy milk out rather than having to ask for it. My only issue at the hotel was the road noise. If you're a light sleeper, you may struggle with the noise outside, particularly on the first floor. I spoke to reception and was told that all of the standard double rooms faced the road. "Excellent accommodation right in the centre of Bratislava, with excellent amenities - a Lidl is next door and also a Yeme food court. The apartments are really nice and clean with good kitchen facilities if you want to cook and also a sofa in each room too. The relax room has a coffee machine and laundry room with washers and dryers so great if you are travelling. The reception staff are very helpful too - we ended up having to stay longer due to an accident and they were very accommodating. The price is very reasonable for what you get. I would definitely recommend and stay there again."
