"This is a great location and well kept apartment with a lot of attention to details---they provided soap, shampoo, and a lot of other little things that most do not. The communication with the host was great while we were there, but really poor before and after the stay. We needed to alter our travel plans prior to arriving and I had to threaten to cancel the stay to get their attention. "The location of the property is very convenient for a visit to West Point. A lack of communication led to inconvenient moments at both our arrival (no door code was provided so we had to call the property manager when we arrived) and departure (water was shut off without notice an hour before check out time and I had to ask for a truck to be moved to be able to get my car out of the driveway.)
