"The property was nicely secluded, with multiple trails leading up to the top of the escarpment with a lovely view of Golden Lake. The cabin itself was clean and cozy, and the AC was perfect for sleeping as we went in a 35° July heatwave. Great little fire pit with affordable firewood supplied by the hosts. Be mindful of leaving any dry food in the screened-in kitchenette if going out for more than an hour -- the local chipmunks are hungry and know what they're looking for. Only minor...

"This little log cabin was a great place to stay. We were only in the area briefly for a family wedding but the cabin more than met our needs. Our only complication was that there was no one to orientate us on arrival, but we got things sorted with a minimum of effort and keys had been left for us to lock up when we came and went.We would have liked to explore the area more but perhaps another time."

"We had a girls getaway weekend and this was the perfect place to do it! From the moment we walked in everything was perfect! Jess is a very thoughtful host and we had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend including towels, robes, coffee, tea, and even a charcuterie board upon arrival!
