"Everything was great, only concerns we had was there two black dogs - some say may have been coyotes that would not leave our deck, and ran inside our room as soon as we got there. Golconda is a small inviting town that is best visited on the weekend. We found some of the places we wanted to visit closed because they are only open Fri-Sun. We were just passing thru, but I definitely would come back to see Garden of the Gods.

I stayed at this location under the previous owners as Michael's motel I would give it a 5 star review. With new management and conditions it would get a zero star review. Will never stay at unity lodge again.
