Breathtaking view of the Ohio River!
I was looking for a place to stay to “get away from it all” and this was THE PERFECT place for me! It is a simple, VERY clean bungalow on the river!
The decor is a tad dated, but the cleanliness is what was important, and they have taken great care there!
My stay was geared around nature, and peacefulness. Thats just what I got! Bonus: Only 20min drive to Garden of the Gods, for hiking! Be sure to take what you need as far as food etc., the closest town with a small store and gas station was about 15min away, but it’s worth the visit. No doubt about it. I wil be back!

Cottage stay
I contacted the owner the night before my stay. She was so helpful and so kind. She gave me a lot of great tips about places to go visit and things to see while I was there. She left me a map and a note. She was so kind to talk with, I loved my time there. It was perfect.
