"It is an inexpensive room in a hostel. It was very clean, but run down. The staff are very nice and friendly. Our friends complained their room smelled of cigarettes, but we didn’t have that problem at all. "

"This is a very nice apartment in central Viana do Castelo, an excellent location. The large apartment I was in was spacious and clean, although I wish it had a work desk and a comfortable chair. My biggest frustration was the poor communication with the property before checking in. I didn't receive any info on how to get the keys, which you have to retrieve from a nearby underground parking garage lockbox. I contacted Expedia the day before and their bot/AI customer service was no help, as was...
