"The property itself was in good condition but the room needs some basic maintenance. The shower acted like a bath as the drain was partly clogged. Also a couple of shower curtain hooks were broken. Also the shower head had a stray stream of water that always managed to find its way onto the floor outside the tub. But the convenient shuttle to Haneda and the free breakfast and view of the lake and other amenities more than outweighed these few maintenance glitches! "

"The Oriental Tokyo Bay checked all the boxes! The rooms were spacious with great amenities. There was an incredible room on the second floor for additional amenities like skin wash, lotions and other hygiene items. The Welcome Social was fantastic, offering a variety of drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, which was a nice treat after a long day sightseeing. Speaking of sightseeing, the hotel has a walkway over the street to the Shin Urayasu station as well as the Aeon mall. Talk about a convenient location! I really cannot praise this hotel enough! It was a great family vacation!"

"Z I don’t know if you can get a hold of We had a wonderful stay at Hotel OkurA from 4/24/25 to 5/3/25. Our room was large 44 sq ft (other Hotel nearby y Sheraton and Grand Nikko only 35 sq ft) especially the bathroom. It had a free shuttle to Bayside station and you can buy Tokyo Disneyland and Disney tickets from m concierge. Although they did not a gym or pool we hardly noticed it and what they lacked in facilities they made up for it with their excellent and personal service and friendliness. We will definitely stay in this hotel again."
