"The welcome at the Sihilro Regency is second to none. We felt almost like family. The home cooked food offered is really fantastic, exceeding the standard in most of the hotels we stayed in. Arriving over the new year weekend, we were slightly concerned that onward travel would be difficult but they helped us find a taxi at a very reasonable price. We also used their in house Safari and the driver / guide was brilliant. Highly recommended."

"We had a fabulous stay! The place is so well maintained with all the good details. The owner Janik is such a nice person, he helps people and animals. Janik mother’s cook is super, the best food we had during our whole trip at Sri Lanka. 这个小旅店实在太好了，这个品质用这个价格住简直不可思议。老板Janik人非常非常好，认真对待每件事和身边每一个人和小动物。Janik妈妈做的饭实在是太好吃了，她开的餐馆曾经是Ella地区的餐馆第一名☝️，没想到我们能有这个口服，这两天的食物是我们在斯里兰卡十天中吃到的最好吃的饭了。旅馆外面是无边无际的甘蔗地，带上店里的三条小狗在田间漫步十分美好。本来只打算住一晚，到了以后直接又延了一晚，把在斯国的最后一晚也贡献给了这里。强烈推荐一定要来体验一下！"

"We had a fantastic stay at Lizard Safari Lodge. The rooms are clean and well kept, with a nice big bed, mosquito net and fan. Our room had a balcony which was great to sit out on in the late afternoon. Dinner was delicious on both nights of our stay (as was breakfast) with a good selection of food and very generous portion sizes! Nandu could not have been kinder, taking us on a tour of the village and to a local swimming spot on the afternoon of our arrival, and providing snacks and ice creams....

"The hosts are amazing. We felt right at home at this lovely hotel. The family did their outmost best to make our stay comfortable. The owner namal is very helpful in arranging anything you need such as transportation or tours for very reasonable prices. The Dinner and Breakfast was very delicious homemade foods from the mother and it was a Lovely, Wonderful basic property with an amazing view of the lake and hills. You have all the facilities in the room people commonly needed, we sure that...

"It was so convenient for us to stay here and in the middle of the night walk up to the bottom of Adam's Peak and climb the mountain. The hotel provides meals as well which is handy. The staff are helpful."
