"This is a good hotel for people travelling through the Leipzig area, without a need to go into the city. The hotel is being renovated right now, and hopefully those renovations will lead to improvements. Our main criticism was the shower, as there were no handles to grab on to, and the "slip factor' is great. As it stands, the shower is unsafe. We alerted the contractor about this and I think they are working on improving the showers. Other than that, this hotel is fine for what it is. "

I loved having advance choice between a tub-shower and a walk-in shower (during early online check-in). I generally dislike tub-showers because they seem slippery and awkward, and therefore potentially dangerous."

"The hotel is situated in a courtyard off a side road and is therefore a very quiet area. Central Leipzig is just a short walk away. Also the S-Bahn station and trams are located close to the hotel, and the rail station is not too far away. The hotel is clean and very well presented. My room look new/modernised and was a very good size with a large bathroom too. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the room was hot - there was a ceiling fan which made it comfortable, but as soon as this was turned off the room got hot again. But overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would recommend to anyone spending two or three nights in the city."
