Hotel was satisfactory with following exceptions: Good buffet, but coffee machine expelled tasteless steam with no sign of coffee. Toilet height was designed for a five-year-old, not a fully grown adult.

First, my mistake - I didn’t check that there is no air condition. Second, I got the last free room, one for special needs. The main concern was the bathroom. The special needs seat could not be moved. After a normal shower, I could “swim” in the bathroom - water was everywhere.

Unmögliches Personal im Frühstücksraum
Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wurde aber ansprechend modernisiert. Dass es auf dem Zimmer eine Nespresso-Maschine gibt, die Kapseln aber gekauft werden müssen, ist zwar ungewöhnlich, aber vertretbar (okayen kostenfreien Filterkaffee gibt es an der Rezeption). Ein so unhöflicher Service wie beim Frühstück ist mir (obwohl ich als Außendienstler regelmäßig in Hotels übernachte) allerdings noch nie begegnet. Um 10:15 wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass das Frühstücksbuffet um 10:30 abgeräumt wird. So weit alles in Ordnung. Um 10:35 kam dieselbe Servicedame aber wieder an die noch beim Frühstück anwesenden Hotelgäste heran und ermahnte: "Ich möchte nicht unhöflich sein, aber muss Sie bitten, den Frühstückssaal jetzt zu verlassen." Auf die Anregung der Gäste, dass sie dies auch höflicher sagen könne und doch zunächst das Buffet abräumen könne, schrie sie mit rotem Kopf: "Das darf der Service selbst entscheiden! Wir haben Ihnen bereits fünf Minuten Kulanz gewährt, bitte verlassen Sie sofort den Saal!" Hier wird Service anscheinend noch klein geschrieben. Leider haben wir keine versteckte Kamera gefunden, und diese Begegnung hat uns den Aufenthalt nachträglich doch gehörig vermiest. Nächstes Mal übernachten wir lieber in einem anderen Hotel
