"Everything was great. The only issue I had was the attitude of one lady working the day shift at the front desk. And that when we extended our room they were not very accommodating to keep us in the same room. I had to move all my stuff from one room to another. But otherwise it’s a great hotel. The lady in the breakfast area absolutely was amazing and made my mornings. The rooms were great and had a good amount of storage and space to put stuff. They were accommodating to my fur baby, who was happy there, and offer a little doggy area. Overall I’d stay there again. "

"Great location for us to be close to family in Novato and Petaluma. This was our second stay here and it has been great both times. Check in was fast and efficient. Rooms were very clean and quiet. "Loved this hotel. So very unique and kitschy. Not for everyone, but definitely for those who don’t like the sterile corporate hotel feel. I will say when checking out, the gentlemen asked if we had breakfast any of the days. I said yes, but informed him that it was included in our Expedia rate. He said very bluntly “No, it’s not” and was going to try to charge me. My rate and email confirmation clearly states breakfast included. I replied “the lady who checked us in said she would honor it, since it was a mistake with Expedia.” Then he changed his tone and said I guess he will honor it then. But that was a bit rude — maybe get your facts straight first."
