"The accommodation is set within a beautiful park and our suite felt calm and cosy. Absolutely freezing weather, but A heating - a gas fireplace and aircon, which warmed us up instantly. Lovely cooked brekky each morning which met my husband’s approval. Friendly staff. "

"David is very friendly and helpful. We like the vibe of the guesthouse; we feel like we are guests of the house owner. =D We love the breakfast also! It has a few types of toast and cereal, juice, tea and coffee, and lactose-free milk, which is a plus! The parrots are having breakfast with us. David told us they didn't do it everyday then the parrots do not rely on their feed - very thoughtful. It will be great to have more space on the tables - it has however it has a beautiful lamp on it so we just choose not to touch them lol"

"Old 1870's mansion being redone as training for challenged youngsters. Wonderful people and 1st class dining. A stay that will leave you with a smile and a bright future for the staff. We will be back. Great spot for small business conference & staff training. The stay has brightened or trip. Pastries are to die for."
