"Amazing and cozy top-floor studio. Unfortunately, adherence to pandemic hygiene rules is not monitored at all in the boardinghouse and only so-so in the hotel, which made any passing through the stairways and/or elevator feel inherently unsafe. Several times during the stay, there was obvious smoking INSIDE the staircase. "

If you're on the ground floor, public bathrooms are on every 'other' floor. Not so convenient for everyone. Great quad workout going up and down the stairs. "

"Also mir ist nichts negatives ins Auge gefallen. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt zwischen Mieter und Vermieter. Haus entsprach genau dem wie es auch ausgeschrieben war. Also steht eigentlich einem neuen Besuch nichts im Wege."

"The house is beautiful, spacious and very nicely decorated. We used the pool/yoga house almost every morning. Its a great spot to start the day with a great view of the pool and backyard. Management was quick to respond when we had questions. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of vacation home yet close to the beach. Downtown with its shops can easily be reached on foot or bikes (several come with the house). Overall, we had a great vacation and would highly recommend this rental."

"Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, für 2 Personen sehr geräumig. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Einige Gegenstände der Ausstattung sind nutzungsbegingt verbraucht und sollten erneuert werden (Handtuchhalterungen und Halterung Toilettenpapier / Geschirr und Gläser/ teilweise defekte Plisseeschalusie).Sonst empfehlenswert."

"Wir waren schon öfter hier und kommen jedesmal gern wieder. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es fehlt einem an nichts und man hat das Gefühl, sofort zu Hause zu sein. Haus und Garten sind sehr geräumig.Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung ist vorbildlich, schnell und freundlich."
