Holiday apartment between Baltic Sea beach and Bodden

Welcome to Glowe on Rügen!   Our very comfortable and beautifully furnished holiday apartment (40 square meters, comb. Living / sleeping area, balcony, bathroom with shower / toilet, kitchenette, max. 2 ad. And a child up to 17 years) is located in a modern apartment house between the Baltic Sea beach and lagoon.   The house is very nice, quiet and close to nature near the forest, to the kilometer-long, sandy beach on the Baltic Sea is only about 500 m. From Glowe a beautiful 8 km long sandy beach to the nearest town Juliusruh extends. The beach is just like the Kurplatz only 500 meters away from us.   Two children's playgrounds are located in only 100 m and 300 m. The town has a variety of restaurants. For your purchase Glowe also features a supermarket with adjoining beverage market.   For apartment includes a large balcony with garden furniture and a communal laundry room with coin operated washing machine and dryer. �� On arrival are provided fresh towels and linens.   More details can be found in the detailed description of the apartment.   Parking is available directly at the house. Rental bikes are brought at the request directly to object. The bus stop for public transport is about 800 meters away.

Our holiday apartment is located in the 1. Floor in a residential building and has a separate entrance. It is about 40 square meters, has a maximum of 2 adults and one child under 17 years. It was modern and high quality.   In the combined living / Schalfraum are a comfortable leather couch with a table and a modern flat-screen TV. Here is also a dining table with chairs.   The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge.   The generous Murphy bed has a comfortable double bed with reading lamps.   For a third Guest can be provided an extra bed if required. A small cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request.   For apartment includes a large balcony with garden furniture and a common laundry room with washing machine and dryer.   On arrival are provided fresh towels and linens. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and double vanity.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Die Lage des Objektes war super-ruhig, strandnah, sauber, idyllisch am Waldrand. Ein kleiner Makel war das wirklich super weiche!!! Bett. Die Matratze ist einfach in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten ist in der Unterkunft alles vorhanden, wie es ausgeschrieben ist. Der Hausverwalter hat vor Ort auch nachgefragt, ob alles o.k. ist und ist auf kleine Extrawünsche eingegangen.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment und alles was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Hervorragende Ausstattung, gute Lage unweit vom Meer, ruhig gelegen. Ich würde dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder wählen.

In kurzem ganzen nicht gut oder sehr gut es ist okay!
Wer nur zum schlafen die Unterkunft benötigt ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben! Aber schaut man etwas genauer hin sieht man schon einige Markel z. B. Sauberkeit könnte es ein wenig sauberer sein! Wenn ich einen Fußboden reinige gehört auch der Fußboden hinter den Heizungsrohren, Regalen oder unter der Schlafcouch dazu. Es könnte auch mal neues Silikon in der Dusche geben dann lauft das Wasser in den Fugen auch in das Becken. Den Untermieter wird das sicherlich auch gut finden. Wasserflächen an der Decke die reinmachen überstrichen wurden und wieder durch kommen( Dusche). Des weiteren könnten die maroden Stühle auf dem Balkon mal gegen neue getauscht werden dann könnte man diese auch nutzen. Des weiteren könnte auch mal das LMB der Satelliten Anlage getauscht werden dann empfängt man auch vielleicht wieder alle Sender und das rauschen verschwindet. Auch könnte man mal wieder eine Fliegentür anbringen die Scharniere sind ja noch vorhanden dann kann man lüften ohne Angst zu haben das man von den Mücken aufgefressen wird.

Gemütliche Wohnung. Gutes Preis-Leitungs-Verhältnis
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser persönlich und gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Lage ist zwar nicht direkt am Wasser aber in keine Richtung ist es weit dorthin. Das Haus liegt ruhig und der Ort Glowe ist als Ausgangsort für viele Unternehmungen zu Fuß, per Rad, per Bus perfekt.
