"Owner Mike is friendly and service and his breakfast cooking was good. One thing I feel can further improve is, when we arrived at the hotel around 1700hrs it was already total darkness as we are travelling in winter Dec 2024. Mike should install a lamp by the sign board where the instructions for the guests, to guide the guests to the instruction’s board, as the winter darkness make it challenging for us. He should also change the blackboard to others board as the chalk on the blackboard...

"Lower Elmore's is a lovely house with everything you could need and bags of space. We rented the property as a group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids) and hugely enjoyed it. It's remote location does mean you have to navigate single track narrow roads to go anywhere - this wasn't a problem for us but may not be to everyone's comfort."

"We throughly enjoyed our stay here , such a lovely house , pool table is a huge bonus , kitchen well equipped with everything you need with added extras provided like tea coffee and sugar , beautiful location and property owners absolutely fab and on call if you need anything ! This is a spacious country cottage in the Cotswolds, 10 minutes away from Tetbury, which is perfect for a big weekend away. 14 of us stayed in this beautiful property and we had a brilliant time - the layout is perfect for entertaining a large group. It’s modern, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The hot tub was the perfect finishing touch. "We were visiting from the US and wanted one central location everyone could stay as we have an extended UK family from multiple locations.. This was an ideal location and the many rooms/bed options made it easy to accommodate everyone. Close to local shops and pubs made it easy to grab essentials and plan meals out. "Very cold,unable to reach housekeeper,despite five messages,logs not available for fire unless purchased at 5 per bag.Mice droppings in kitchen cupboards and no water on final day due to Thames Water problem.We have stayed in numerous Cotswold properties and this one was very disappointing and overpriced."
