"This hotel was better than I expected. Did not have any noise issues since my room was facing the back instead of the front where the tram runs. Room and bed were very comfortable and breakfast was good too. Staff was friendly too despite past reviews - maybe I was friendly to them so they were friendly to me. The property says it is easy to request towels or any other help easily 24/7 but I could not work out how to do this. The app process did not work for me.
