"I liked the proximity to the gondola and restaurants, the onsite pool/slide and game room. I also appreciated how late these were open. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. "First they were accommodating with us showing up a day late due to an accident in the canyon. The person at the front desk was super kind, very engaged in conversation. The room. Well thats where the good vibes ended. It smelled of cigarette smoke. This was supposed to be a non smoking room. The bedding was dated and felt dirty. There were cobwebs in every corner of the room. There was a used coffee pod in the maker and the pot was crusty. Dust on the top of the lamshade. It just felt grungy....

"The Hampton Inn was a perfect stay. The area was quiet and safe and close to many eating and shopping options. It is about a mile from the Glenwood Springs, which is why we visited Glenwood. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend the property for your next stay. "
