"Owner was super responsive and helpful! Condo was very clean, slept 4 people comfortably and had all amenities you need! Towels, soap, paper towels, plates! Large pool and smaller pool are heated and then adult hot tub! All very nice! Only thing that stinks are all the taxes and fees."

"The apartment above the Wine Bar is lovely. It was a cozy space with a very comfortable bed. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It is a few steps away from the main shopping/dining district in Warwick. The gift cards to a local cafe and restaurant which were given by the host were utilized and greatly appreciated! "We stayed in Warwick for just one day/night on one the hottest days in July 2024. This loft studio was just lovely, with a terrific location. Everything about the place was first rate for a rental. "Description was accurate. Photos are too except they have new sofas that are blue. Place was spotless. Nice outdoors area. We used the grill and the fire pit ring one day. We drove across the bridge into NY and explored a little over there. It is fun to watch all the people floating by. I am sure in the winter months the river is very quiet. Rafting is a short walk away and looked fun. Thank you for the hospitality! stayed 2 night and drove in"
