"Excellent experience "

"breakfast was not good. said it was a full breakfast, wasnt even a continental. Out of a lot of stuff including coffee cups. Reception had no one there. He wad running the shuttle to the airport. Shower Water was cold in room. Found bugs there. Lobby and hallway was dirty. I think i deserve at least a partial refund. Very musty smelling "

"This is a very nice hotel, conveniently located in Saratoga Springs for walking to shops and numerous dining places. Definitely take advantage of the excellent breakfast, including made to order eggs and waffles, but skip the free drinks and snacks happy hour (drinks include Chardonnay, a cab, 2 beers & well drinks with soda or juice), instead enjoy one of the many bars or restaurants in town."

"Nice place, worked out great for walking to MVP Arena for a concert. Wish Expedia would have said you have to pay for parking but that’s not a big deal. Friendly staff, breakfast was pretty good, nothing too crazy. My wife and I said we will come back here for any future trips to Albany. "
