"The house had some quirks, but overall it fit the bill. It’s not in the best part of town, but I always felt safe. There were some electrical issues with some things not working in the kitchen, but the contact was helpful and sent someone to look at it, but it wasn’t a good time for us since we were putting kids to bed, so we just told them we were ok not to fix it until we left. He did also send trash bags when I mentioned there weren’t any. Overall, it met our needs, and we had a nice time!"

"ARvl/chk-in was super easy. The house was clean and ready for arvl. The property mgr came and ensured the garbage & recycling was taken to the street on the appro day to make sure it did not accumulate. We had a large group (11 incl the baby) but the house was comfortable. Easy drive to both downtown/Inner Harbor and super easy to Ellicott City! The only constructive crit...there is a big table in the small kitchen...kind of more in the way than helpful. I'd rec a smaller table...6 or even 4. ...

"This house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. It was close enough to all the things (downtown area, metro, grocery stores, plenty of food options) but also far enough away from it all that it was still a quiet and peaceful location. I loved that the fence stood out and made it really easy to find the house. Parking was simple and right out front of the gate and parallel parking wasn’t necessary. "We really enjoyed our time here, visiting for a two-week DC area vacation. We saw the doe mentioned in other reviews most nights, along with small hares and, my favorite, fireflies! It was very relaxing to sit out back and watch them at dusk. (Though the mosquitos were also plentiful.) We had all the supplies we needed (minus groceries of course) for our extended stay. Beds were comfortable and it was great to have separate areas for us and our two adult kids for that price. Appliances worked....
