"We had the best time in this cottage. There were 5 women aged 32 to 58 all family. The house was clean and everything you needed was supplied. The hot tub was great and we spent time in it both days. Perth is a 25 min drive if you wish to go for a bit of shopping. We went in February and it was cold. In the better weather families would have lots to do and children have lots of room to play. "

"Location of this cottage is absolutely perfect. Everything in the cottage was tidy and clean and the kitchen was very well supplied. Wallace has been an amazing host. Certainly will be coming back if we ever visit this part of scotland again."

"Wonderful property for my wife and I - only forty mins from Edinburgh by train and easy to drive to Glencoe and the Lochs Superb accommodation exactly as described and everything worked as it should - even provided an hdmi cable in main tv to link to iPad which is a nice little touch. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend or stay again."

"A central location for exploring Falkirk and surrounds, the unit was fully equipped with everything one needs for self catering. It was new and very clean. Especially appreciated the washing machine. A little over decorated made it feel cluttered but otherwise a great place to stay. "
