"I am a falls creek regular for the snow season. This was the first time I tried the elk after seeing it many times and regularly having dinner there. Unfortunately the accomodation is poor. The room we had, apartment 10 seems good when you first arrive, the layout and features are fresh and modern. However functionality not so much. The lack of cleanliness was evident, with no cleaning done since last guests, unmade beds, unchanged bedding, and a lack of hot water at night.
