"Just as advertised and everything we needed to make meals grocery stores are close and then morning sunrise is beautiful from the deck. "

"Great folks to deal with! I have stayed in 2 of there houses so far. Both have been super clean. Haven’t had anyone mess with any of our stuff in the boats, so the neighbor must be pretty good. The houses are less than 10 minutes from Pickwick Dam. We come in for a charity catfishing event and our boats are all 20+ foot long and at one point we had 4 boats and trucks there. Highly recommend!"

"The property was perfect for our trip and the host was “over the top” accommodating and responsive."

"We enjoyed our stay here in this cute lil cabin. It was very quiet & relaxing. We had issues with the TV/Dish not working, we had only Netflix to watch all week. Other than that it was great! The only other thing I would suggest is 'Memory Foam' for the main bed."

"We love it, for many reasons. We could sit on the porch and watch the cows, cedar waxwings. Close enough to any major food chains, grocery stores, etc. But far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of country life."
