"A lovely property with fantastic amenities. The location in Kingston is extremely convenient to everything you would need and less than 15 mins to Hobart CBD. Kingston Beach and Blackmans Bay nearby are delightful with relaxed but cool places to eat.Felt very at home and delighted with the residence which is an expanded stone cottage all very freshly renovated and with many welcoming touches."

"We recently stayed here as two families with kids, and overall, it was a nice experience! The upstairs part of the house was spacious and well laid out. The split-level design did make the rest of the house feel a bit different, and the steep driveway took some getting used to. However, the stunning views more than made up for it. The host was fantastic—super easy to contact and very quick to respond, which we really appreciated. The only downside was some of the unusual house rules regarding...

"Lovely place to stay, great location,15-20 mins walk to Hobart. Great pizza shop 2 streets up from location. Would stay here again if we visited Hobart again."

"Clean, great views and good base for touring the island. Would be much better if fly screens were on windows and doors in bedrooms as it got very warm at night (we visited in summer). We managed by keeping bedroom doors open and having the air con on overnight."
