"My siblings and I stayed 5 days at this home. The kitchen was well equipped, as we made breakfast everyday. We loved that it was a quiet neighborhood and truly walkable downtown using the footbridge to cross the highway. The rooms, bathrooms and pool were extremely clean. There was plenty of room for the five of us. It was close to the major attractions and shopping."

"My best friend and two dogs stayed at the home as we visited New River Gorge NP. It was conveniently located to the park and offered a very comfortable landing place after longs days of hiking. We'd recommend additional skillets/frying pans as it was a bit hard to make breakfast with only one, but other than that all was very nicely appointed. Great getaway!"

"Simple home that was nicely renovated and well stocked for our long weekend stay. Convient location to many outdoor adventures in this area of the state. The home is on a busy road where you can hear cars and trucks pass at all hours but we knew this prior to arrival and it wasnt a deal breaker for us. Rooms had sound machine to help combat this. Thank you!"

"Amazing place!!!! Took us max 5 minutes to get to the park. Well needed break from the DMW. Host was engaged and responsive. Zero issues. I will definitely stay there again. Shopping was also close. An overall oasis. Host even left smores fixings for the firepit and had wood on site."

"Wonderful 3 nights in this cozy, well stocked cabin. My kids and husband enjoyed the well-kept hot tub. The kids enjoyed the swings, and spotting wildlife around the cabin and on the way in and out. The deer and frogs provided much entertainment!!! Hot dogs and S’mores made over the campfire in the fire pit were an enjoyable last evening activity. Close to the whitewater and lakeside activities of the trip, but much more reasonable prices than onsite lodging. Multiple food choices within 15-20...

"This almost didn't happen because there was a storm that took the power out. But, fortunately, the power was on and we were able to have 2 nights there. It has so much character. It was clean and located close to the New River Gorge for us to commute back and forth. Tiffany was wonderful to communicate with us and she and Kevin gave a quick history lesson of the place."

"Wonderful 3 nights in this cozy, well stocked cabin. My kids and husband enjoyed the well-kept hot tub. The kids enjoyed the swings, and spotting wildlife around the cabin and on the way in and out. Close to the whitewater and lakeside activities of the trip, but much more reasonable prices than onsite lodging. Multiple food choices within 15-20 mins, as well as walmart and dollar stores for added snacks and drinks were close and convenient. Gravel road was well- maintained and directions were clear and helpful!"
