"It was a good stay. I would streamline check-in so its faster and less hassle. You give them a credit card for an extra charge, then they ask you if you want to use the same card for parking.. 5 minutes later. Why, not all at once, and what hotels have pay for parking? I know its a water park, but if you're staying there. You have 2 people checking in and out towels, yet it a slow process with a line during rush... really could have 3 scanners with 3 PCs? "

"The cabin was as expected but very upset that the refrigerator froze all of my fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, etc. Complained at the front desk and really got no response other than they would let the manager know. Also had our boat torn up on the docks due to high winds. Although the resort certainly cannot control the weather, putting bumpers or hanging a tire over the metal poles would have saved us considerable damage. Door was difficult to figure out how to lock and just a simple sign...

"Came to Glen Arbor for my Birthday from Cleveland, OH and it was well worth it! This beautiful house was well worth it as well. It was clean, roomy, and had all the amenities we needed. Situated right off Crystal River and just a bridge walk over to the Bay - it was beyond perfect! Every night it housed a beautiful sunset for us. Book this before it gets booked!"

"This property was home to our group of 8 golfers this past weekend. All of the guys really enjoyed the setting. Fishing from the dock. Paddling the kayaks on the Crystal River. "Nice hotel. A few minor things. Several carpet tiles on the 4th floor were loose and out of place. The Wifi was not very good. I ended up using my hot spot for data whule we were there. But location is very good and staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again."
