"Such a shame that the outside and entrance to this flat is so dirty & grubby. The pile of dumped rubbish outside was not good either. The entrance & stairway is very grubby & smells damp. Needs a good clean & paint. The flat could be lovely if did not smell damp. Also you charge £30 extra for cleaning?? We had to Hoover behind the beds as cobwebs also false nails! We had to Hoover round windows as full of cobwebs & spiders. Could not use any units in bedroom as full up with bedding &/or were...

"the property looked clean and the bed was comfortable. however the lack of internet connection through the wi-fi was a great inconvenience. there was no national tv service except using one's won netflex log-in. I guess this is because there is no tv licence covering the premises. there was a good 30 min walk to the town centre, no 10 min as stated. overall the property was comfortable but inconvenient in the above mentioned. "

"Donna was a great host! Responded very quickly, and the check-in instructions were very detailed and helpful. The place was very clean and well stocked; a small kitchen with all the items you’d need, and the bathroom was very clean and well presented. "We stayed at the cottage for the weekend. The property was really welcoming and spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen. Probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in with good quality bedding. A real joy to spend time here. Although we stayed at the beginning of October there is a lovely summerhouse and a nice garden area. The village is lovely with the church literally right on the doorstep."

The toilet was dirty and there were stains on the floor. Walls and doors were damaged and filthy as were the blinds in the rooms. There was also a bag of dirty laundry outside the front door. There was no welcome pack or information about the area. Both bedside lamps did not have bulbs. The check in required photo ID to be sent which was not...
