"The aparthotel was excellent. Very nice, modern, clean and spacious. Convenient location for transport and groceries, but slightly sketchy being next to the train station. There was a heavy police presence, which felt slightly safer. The pool and sauna were nice, but the pool was cold. It felt hot when you entered the room, but the water was cold. Laundry machines were easy to operate. Room was nicely stocked with necessities for laundry, etc. "

"Hotel was great, nice size clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff. The road the hotel sat on was pretty nosey. The hotel was very hot and we had to try and sleep with the window open. "

Staff always friendly & helpful, Comfortable lounge, nice bedroom with good views. 15 minutes walk from main station; could easily have used public transport, but preferred to walk. Very convenient for the Altstat and all the xmas markets. Also within a short walk to the Turm and the Hafen"
