"The room was ok, the stay was fine and the owner is great. The problem is that the location showed on the map is actually not accurate... We actually had to drive an extra 20 mins away from the city before getting to the hotel. This is because their address is not correctly entered. We have a stroller and were expecting to walk the downtown area which we couldn’t do anything and had to take the transit as Cologne is mostly pedestrian. "It's luxurious place when I lived here. Comfortable bed and convenient facilities and safe accommodation are important for us. More important must be clean and the place could give us everything. Recommended it."

"Good location but very noisy. Rooms are not soundproof at all and not really clean. There was a bug in my room but the hotel told me that I couldn't cancel the booking as I paid non refundable in advance. And even when I told them, that I paid for a proper service only a room change was offered. Won't stay there any again."

"The hotel was close to the main station which was very convenient and it had good facilities. For a business traveller it provided a comfotable stay. Overall would definitely come again. The only downside I had was that the TV had a screen mirroring function but I couldn't get it to work because the TV could not connect to the hotel WIFI - however, the stay was still excelllent"
