"This is a mid level hotel cosplaying as a high end hotel. Strange design decisions, overpriced and not very good breakfast, several issues with room, some that took a couple days to fix, coffee cups in room were dirty with coffee stains on arrival, and bad internet connection for TV which made it very choppy. Air conditioning is not great but that is all of Switzerland. On the plus side the beds are very comfortable and public transport is pretty close."

"The hotel is very conveniently located not far from the airport. It has big parking lot, keep in mind, it’s not free. The rooms should be kept so much better. I was surprised to see a room like that in Zürich. The bathroom needed some fixing, the sink rusty and cracks. The blankets are super thin- they used to be down , I believe, but the filling got onto little corners of the stitching. Disappointed."

"10 mins to the airport and 1 min to a tram station. Hotel is clean, staff were respectful and professional. The hotel elevators are very tight, hardly fits 3 people. The hallways are very narrow. Ongoing construction outside the hotel, with scaffolding outside during my stay."
