"I booked it through hotets.com and paid full payment. But once I reached there I was told to again pay in cash the full amount. They told me that I will be refunded the amount through hotels.com and they will email me the receipt. Neither did I received any email bearing the receipt of payment not did any amount recouped from hotels.com in my account. This is not at all acceptable. I emailed hotels.com about this issue but have got no reply.... "

"Great place to stay for access to the Emirates Stadium and the centre of Glasgow. Accommodation and facilities were great. Good transport links. Would certainly use again."

While other hotels have been understanding of the unique circumstances of the pandemic, neither Beersbridge nor Expedia seemed to care. I will never use Expedia again, and I will not stay at Beersbridge."
