The smoke detectors battery compartments were open with batteries in them so they were not working. The bathroom attached to bedroom had no hot water, tepid at best. The bathroom sink needed 3 lightbulbs there was one. No trash can liners or toilet tissue ( I found a third of a roll). This property is old but it seems to me it should be maintained better. "Cute place to stay in Fayetteville. The apartment was perfect for a long weekend for two. Bed was very comfortable and the entire place was very clean. Good water pressure as well. Parking is behind the building but if the building is full and you have a larger vehicle there is not enough spots for everyone to park. We drove a truck with our bikes on the back so we parked on the street out front. Which was not a problem for us. The apartment has Plenty of dishes, coffee mugs(there is a Keurig)...
