"Lovely apartment in a good location not too far from the city centre and the shops and bars in Magdalen Road just round the corner are great. We had a few issues with the timing of the heating, the light in bathroom and a bit of uncertainty over parking which we have raised with the host and will hopefully be resolved. Overall these did not spoil our few days here and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Exeter"

"A very comfortable and well equipped property. Its location so near The Byes was ideal for walking the dog and yet the town was within a 10 minute walk. The parking space very helpful! Our hosts were very welcoming and they were very tolerant of our embarrassingly noisy terrier."

"Our group was myself and my sister with our husbands. Perfect to have 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, with a large table and comfortable couch. The kitchen is amply supplied, everything was clean, well explained, and enjoyable. You can't beat the location and the view. We even had gorgeous weather and some lovely strolls around town. Only downsides are taking luggage up the narrow staircase and having to park off property, but those are not bad tradeoffs and can't be helped. We really enjoyed our stay...
