"We had a wonderful week at Tina's place. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The location is really great as you are a very short walk to the city centre and about 10 minutes from the Quay. The kitchen is set up with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal if you wanted and the dining area has a beautiful table to enjoy it. "Great stay in this lovely apartment. With beautiful views over the beach and coastline from both balconies! Just ideal for access to everything. Easy to pop in for a swim. Go for a wander. Pick up an ice cream. Great facilities. No parking but that is the same with most properties we looked at. We were easily able to unload and load our luggage and park in Holmesbush multi stay car park. The walk to which afforded amazing views! Breakfast on the balcony whilst people watching was brilliant!...

"We loved this flat. It is the most well stocked kitchen I’ve seen. The hosts quickly responded to any questions we had. Blocks from the train station and city center. Very easy access and a parking spot. We explored Devon and Cornwall and this was a great home base. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Our group was myself and my sister with our husbands. Perfect to have 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, with a large table and comfortable couch. The kitchen is amply supplied, everything was clean, well explained, and enjoyable. You can't beat the location and the view. We even had gorgeous weather and some lovely strolls around town. Only downsides are taking luggage up the narrow staircase and having to park off property, but those are not bad tradeoffs and can't be helped. We really enjoyed our stay...

"An ideal place to stay in Exeter with everything you could possibly require for a comfortable and relaxing time. Great location for the town centre whilst being on a nice and quiet road with the bonus of a parking space. Would very happily stay here again when I next visit Exeter, it was perfect for me!"
