"We always stay at the Crown Plaza when we transit through Nairobi. Its a very comfortable hotel and the staff are very friendly. Our room was absolutely fine but not quite as good as previous rooms (think we have luckily been upgraded to a suite on previous occasions though). Pool bar was very busy so service (which was excellent) was quite slow. The shuttle from the airport is always reliable and free."
