"Das schlimmste was ich erlebt habe. Wir haben direkt ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Erschüttert hat mich Expedia, hab direkt Expedia kontaktiert, weder Hilfe bekommen, noch bekomme ich mein Geld zurück. Wir waren 2 Frauen mit 2 Hunden und hatten echt Angst um unser Leben. Wieso bietet man so eine Unterkunft an? Wir sind Fassungslos. "

"We stayed with 2 families to enjoy Brugge and the beach. The house is very pretty, lots of style and very roomy. Love the sunroom to hang out and talk/play games. Everything was super clean and all amenities where there to cook a good meal. Location to the beach is super easy, Bredene is a very small town but has all you need and Oostende is a short distance away."

"Good location, nice clean property with modern furniture and beds. However, we were disappointed that the owners never contacted us prior to arriving, despite being told we would receive the code. The number listed on the Hotels.com is out of service. We managed to contact one owner by finding a phone number on another website. Not a great check-in system-this needs to be revamped before we can recommend."

"First off, our host, Bernard met us at the train station and drove us to the property which was conveniently located next to the park. We fell in love with the house the minute we saw it. The interior is comfy with a working kitchen, lots of guidebooks and information about Bruges. There were two comfortable couches for us to lounge and relax on. "Hotel was a great base to visit brugges. It was clean and had everything you needed. We were glad to have a view of the pool from the balcony. The communication from the hotel was great and they explained that you must make your own beds which didnt bother us.
