"- very busy area, many many cars, but good parking garage 10m from front door - large rooms and kitchen - air conditioner did not work on first and hot night, clerk claimed he fixed it while we were out on second day - it was not fixed; after several calls and a repairman visit they moved us to another room (a very poor sleep the first night, time to deal with the repairman and move our belongings, and then the other apartments air conditioning barely worked) - no apology, no comp. - bottom...

"The actual property is very nice and well kept but it is in the industrial area so you really need to be up for to a 15mims walk to arrive to the Trully area, where is all the fun happening. "

"Der Pool ist riesig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Deutsch spricht hier niemand, aber die meisten können so weit Englisch, dass man sich verstängigen kann. Die Apartments sind groß und wir hatten auch eine wunderschöne große Loggia, die wir sehr genossen haben. Allerdings sind die Apartments nicht besonders schön eingerichtet, und bei uns kam auch der Putz von der Schlafzimmerwand. "Holiday residence is a farm that has been converted into a very pleasant place to stay. The rooms were comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient. The grounds were lovely and the food was excellent, rustic fare. I would suggest staying here only if you have transport as it is a bit off the beaten path. However, the hotel does provide a reasonably priced taxi service."

"Location is perfect. Everything that you need to see is within walking distance. Lots of restaurants within the vicinity. The property also have their own restaurant. I would highly recommend you try it especially on a Sunday. The food was really good! Everyone was nice and would give a shoutout to Patricia the manager who was very accommodating and very helpful. "I wish that I could give 10 stars to Sextantio! The property is stunning, the town is wonderful, the views are breathtaking, and the staff is incredible. If you are visiting Italy, Matera is a must. "Very nice hotel. Great customer service. The hotel is conveniently located close to the old town I explored during the day and next to a couple of theaters one can watch shows on the evening. The breakfast was very good, a bit on a fance side for an American tourist. I think I will stay there again."

"I had a very pleasant 2 days stay at this hotel. Both, my room and my bathroom were clean and spacious. The hotel features a bar, a restaurant and a gym, all very good. Upon arrival you receive a welcome drink (nice touch). The restaurant has a lunch special Monday to Friday with a variety of food. The waiter explained the different dishes to me. Breakfast is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Next door is a supermarket , and the train station is just ahead. It is a short walk to the old town with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. "
