"We had a wonderful stay with our our 2-year old! Communication was great throughout and we were even able to check in a little bit early. The location is perfect and it feels very safe. They provided a travel cot, a high chair as well as a baby bath, which was lovely. "Beautiful apartment. Really large and well organized. Beautiful ceilings, deck outside to eat and lounge chair to relax, even had a reading nook with pillows, really cute. The ceiling had wooden beams and the decor was amazing. They even left us a bottle of Rosé. The beds were comfy. We had our private parking. It's a little too far to walk to downtown but we had a car so we were OK. There are some cockroches in the Azores because of the humidity, one found it's way into the apartment...

"We really enjoyed our stay, and the view of the apartment and the host was super helpful and responsive with several questions we had along the way. The only reason for a 4 rating was the floor wasn't super clean (the rest was) and it was a particularly hot week late July/early August and we found the apartment very hot and hard to cool down, even with fans. "The house was perfect for our group of 3 friends. Short walk to market, shops, restaurants and a few sights. The half bath is off the courtyard so you need to go outside to get to it. But other than that everything we could want was there and Samuel was very quick to respond to questions or requests. Highly recommend. "

"We appreciated the help at the front desk. All the staffs were very professional especially Jason. They all are very courteous and helpful. " Stunning location high overlooking the Atlantic with stairs down to the beach. Immaculate property, attentive service and excellent food. We ate all breakfasts and 2 of 3 dinners on property. Everyone was extremely friendly proving advice, setting up tours, etc. they even provide an intern et-enabled iphone to easily contact the concierges (also to get some updates on activities, menus, etc. Too cold and windy during our April trip to swim in the pool or ocean, but the jacuzzi was nice. Rooms are stylish but a little cold (aesthetically) and some odd design choices with glass toilet “walls” and a large tub in the room blocking movement. Would have been better with a shower and more storage. Would love to see it when it is warmer!"

"I loved my two stays at Nine Dots! It is a gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of Ponta Delgada. The pool and steam room a real oasis and fabulous. The rooms spacious and lovely. The staff so nice and helpful. I appreciated a room upgrade on one of my stays and on the other that I was able to check in early at 7a on my next stay. Also breakfast buffet was convenient and very good. I look forward to returning again to this gem of a hotel!"
