It seem to have a short & was difficult in changing channels or adjusting sound. The only other problem was short staff the second time we had dinner in restaurant & we had invited friends to join us. The staff was very nice but took around 2 hours to be served. "Beware, this hotel is no longer a hotel, it's a residence for local workers. While hotels.com will allow you to make a reservation, you cannot stay there. Reservations have been transferred to the Hotel Turnova, which is in central Turnhout (with no free parking), but hotels.com do not transfer contact details over, so there is no way for them to contact you to let you know about the change. We wasted 2 hours trying to sort this out."

"My stay was simply amazing . Eva is such a sweetheart . I had to check in early and she made that happen . Obviously I had to pay €10 , but it was alright as I got a free upgrade from suite to studio . The hotel is very lovely . The area is nice . Close to the bus stop so I could easily jump on a bus to the city . However Eindhoven on the other hand 🙄🙄.Boring if you ask me … there are better cities in Netherland . The hotel was the best part of my stay "
