I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. "Wonderful 2-week stay in Glasgow. Easy 10 minute walk to both Queen Street and Central train stations, and Metro. Very clean, corner unit with lots of light and easy to use heating system. Circuit breakers on every outlet and appliance, which is wonderful safety feature. Washing machine broke during stay, but the manager called in a fix very quickly. Otherwise everything worked beautifully. Lisa, the manager, was very responsive, helpful and accommodating to our schedule. Highly recommended! "

"I had a lovely time visiting my son at Uni. The apartment was easy access and in the perfect location. Both the owner and property manager were right to hand but as there were no issues only on my end-how does the shower work? #american- they just had to guide me via email. One small thing would be to fix the skeleton key lock as it was super hard to unlock. Would def stay again."
