"The hotel sign was broken, so it was hard to locate. The service desk lady was very nice. The room had dirty floors. The tub had mildew the bed was clean but the sheet had stains. The smoke alarm beeped all night, but had a green light on it. The securiy lock was broken the curtain looked like the backing had melted on to the window. There was no coffee maker."

"This is a small family-owned hotel. No frills but comfortable at a great price for a five night stay. The staff is nice and the rooms are very clean, and the bed was wonderful. I rested well. It’s located right off hwy 40/55 in West Memphis, Ak. It’s close to Southland Casino, and Memphis, Tn is right across the river. Many restaurants are in the area, too. all and all, is was a good stay."

"The highlight of this property is the deck and backyard. After that the pleasant surprise of snacks and little gifts from the host. Two grills, plenty of cookware, plates and silverware. Only negative is the bedrooms with the twin beds don’t have a/c. The rest of the bedrooms were ice cold. We put a blow up mattress in the sunroom (which had its own a/c and ceiling fan) and everyone was cool to cold in the heat of July. Minutes to USA Stadium and Kroger. We will be back!"
