Went to check in and they informed that they cancelled reservation. They said they emailed which they did not. No reason or anything, just a sorry we got rid of it. Not what you want to hear after 7 hours in a car. Probably they overbooked but not my problem when I booked months before.

Comfortable beds, the pillows held their shape and didnt need constant folding and reshaping. The only thing that I could find subpar was the lighting around the bathroom mirror was not bright at all. Other than that, best stay in a hotel I’ve had in a long time.

The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. There are plenty of options around the hotel for food and gas. Very convenient from the highway.

The sprinklers were on nonstop. Wasting water. The parking lot surface had algae growing on it so obviously overwatering. The neighborhood was crappy. Gas stations were non existent. Food was crap. The normal Fairfield pillows and mattress weren’t here…should have stayed in Memphis.

It was comfy and good for one night. Front desk Staff was super friendly upon check in. Couple of random hairs left in the bathroom… which always is kind of icky… but everything is law was very clean Tv didn’t work but it wasn’t that big of a deal for our family.
