"There was renovation going on we were unaware of ahead of time. Also the game room was closed. Room was brand new and clean & comfortable. There was ice all built up on the stairs by the entrance near our room. A shovel and salt and sand mix as if they know this happens but didn’t take the time to do anything about it. "Everything was just fine for the night. My kids enjoyed the pool, staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. They offer gluten free/ dairy free Udis muffins and almond milk, which was great for our family and for others with dietary restrictions. "
