"Was a good stay. Have stayed there previously and booked a twin room (affected by pub noise) which was quite pleasant. This trip they weren’t available so book the a king room (same level) which was a little disappointing. Not as large and was quite dated compared to the previous stay; particularly the bathroom. Aside from that, all other aspects were great"

"Awesome stay at this wonderful old Victorian hotel, right off the beach in Adelaide. Food in the pub/restaurant was fantastic and seemed to be a fave place for locals to meet and share a few drinks. Took one star off from Property conditions/facilities as some of the paint and carpets in main hallways of the hotel were quite dated and could use an update. However, given the age of the hotel, it was not unexpected. Overall, highly recommend. "

"The room and grounds were clean & tidy. Fabulous shower, comfortable bed and easy to control room temperature as per your comfort. The staff were pleasant and very accommodating. We were in room 2 which is ground level street side so a bit of road noise on the weekend. The outdoor hallway for room access is an echo chamber so can be noisy if your neighbours are. "

"Nice clean hotel in great location. Excellent size rooms including bed, bathroom and balcony. Asked if possibly for early check in, received a call that morning to say room was ready but when got to hotel around 1pm was told room wasn’t ready? Bit disappointing but otherwise a good stay"
