"Highly recommend to anyone interested in experiencing genuine Bavarian gemütlichkeit in a convenient location near Munich. The rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable with modern bath fixtures. The food we ate in the gasthaus was fantastic, and if you're lucky enough to eat there on a Sunday you'll love the delicious desserts that are available, to include my favorite German kuchen, bienenstich. The Munchener schnitzel is worth a trip back by itself! The staff at this family-run gasthaus...

"The room was fine and beautiful views, but the church bells struck every 30 minutes all night long, and the street was rather busy with pass through traffic so opening the windows was impossible."

"Excellent hotel to stay at for Oktoberfest. The U Bahn is across the street and will get you to the festplatz very easily. The hotel itself is very luxurious, unique, and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back next time we stay in Munich!"
