Space:
This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath country house is a true haven, offering an authentic experience of the Catskills. With rustic yet modern décor, our house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. There are two sofa beds that could be used and accommodate two additional guests, if needed. The open living area with a wood-burning fireplace and an additional electric indoor fireplace in the game room creates a warm and inviting ambiance, while large windows provide breathtaking views of Manor Kill Creek.

Conesville is a cozy town established in 1764. You'll notice the beautiful mountain, nature and farm scenery on your drive to the property. You'll be strategically located close to State Parks, Waterfalls, Hiking Trails, Ski Mountains, Farms, Water Parks, Breweries and Cideries. You can relax to the sound of the creek that runs through the backyard while sipping a glass of wine from the deck, or hop on the hot tub after a day of hiking or skiing. Cool some beers in the mini bar of the game room and enjoy the arcade machines, the pool table, foosball, ping pong, or a cozy movie on the projector next to the electric fire place.
