Great place to stay.
House was very clean and comfortable. Excellent place to stay when visiting family in the area. Much better than the limited hotel options in Franklin Parish.

Great stay!
This little home was a really nice, comfortable stay for my family. We’re from the area, and when we come back to town to visit it can be hard to find somewhere nice to stay. Amy’s place fits the bill! We will be back!

This home was perfect for our trip to Winnsboro. Very close to all your needs from groceries to restaurants. Home was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Loved loved this little home !

Property
Doesn’t have adequate heat for cold weather. TV was not hooked up properly or wasn’t working at all. The toilet was to low for some older people that may have knee problems. The lawn needed mowing. Other than that it was fine. The water was good and hot. The mattress on the bed was fine. It was a fairly quiet area. Lots of birds and squirrels.
